Customer Review
Wow!! I bought this for my kitchen / living area (about 10mx7m room). I have dock speakers for my iphone4, but I wanted something wireless.
So after reading all the reviews, I bought it from a local supplier - and it rocks!
Bluetooth : connects easily with iPhone 4, didn't ask for a password, no need for any extra dongle.
When I walk into the room, turn on the D200, press the bluetooth button once, my phone latches on to it and starts playing!
Sound : I'm no audiophile, but I love my bass. This has it. I love my music loud sometimes - this plays it so loud it's deafening. It's great!
Volume control : your iphone4 controls the D200 volume! The only catch is you have to set the D200 volume on 'maximum' to start off with, then your iPhone will control the volume from zero-to-max.
Con : The only downside is you have to keep it plugged in. Some of us like to save a few extra watts by turning it off at the powerpoint - if yot do this, the sound setting resets to normal. So you'll have to turn the D200 volume up to 'maximum' again to get full iphone volume control (see my comment on Volume control above).
I'm satisfied. It's so good I won't be going back to anything non-Bluetooth! I've relegated my dock to the spare bedroom.
